What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery time and cost have been considered carefully during choosing appropriate shipping methods. You will be charged at the most cost-efficient price for the delivery.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Right now only paypal is accepted. For bulk purchasing, please send us email for more information.

How long will delivery take?

Depends on your location. Normally it will spend 2 ~ 7 business days using Express and 10 ~ 20 days using Airmail. You can find where the parcel is with the tracking information we provided in your account menu. Don’t hesitate to contact us if there is any problem or delay on delivery.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data is well protected in our online shop. All the data transmissions are encrypted. Your payment is done on paypal website so we won’t receive any information except payment confirmation.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You can find all detail information about the order in your account menu. If you need an invoice for your order, for example to deal with your local custom, please send us email. We will reply with your invoice attached in one working day.

Is there any warranty or the return policy?

Yes of course. All items sold in our store come with a 30 days return policy and 3 months warranty for quality issue after the delivery.

We will offer a refund or replacement according to your requirements.

However, if the request is not caused by quality issue, customers will need to pay for any extra costs including but not limited to return shipping cost, importing custom duties, etc..
