Mandarin Duck has been doing well during the past two years.
Recently, we noticed that the speed performances of both the website and delivery are not good enough, so we decided to do something.
We are upgrading our hosting resources to meet the needs of the increasing daily visits. Website maintenance will be activated at 0：00 on October 29th.
The upgrade is estimated to take less than 24 hours.
Since 2019, to solve the extremely long delivery time issue, we removed all economic shipping services and shipped all our parcels via Express shipping like FedEx or TNT.
Most time, FedEx and TNT deliver your parcels within the promised delivery time. The services are expensive but worthy.
However, sometimes shipments would be delayed at the airport. And our customers from the EU started to worry about the importing duties.
To solve this issue, we are moving our stocks to our new warehouses in the AU, EU, GB, and US.
You will see another maintenance in weeks, with the stock location feature launched.
